1. General Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 888db ("888db", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the 888db website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, and any related features or content accessible at https://888db.club.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 888db platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 888db account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. 888db will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials. Zero platform-side fees are applied to deposits — the full deposited amount is credited to your account balance.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 888db platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Registering more than one account on the 888db platform
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any stage
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in any way
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the 888db platform
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including in live casino game formats
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or processing payments on behalf of a third party

Breach of any of the above obligations constitutes a material violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 888db account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before processing a closure request, 888db will confirm your identity and ensure that all pending withdrawal requests have been fulfilled. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by 888db

888db reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or AML concerns have been flagged

7.3 Self-Exclusion

8. Limitation of Liability

8.2 Game Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or sports betting market — including but not limited to incorrect odds display, game freezing, or software errors — 888db reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. 888db shall not be liable for losses attributed to technical malfunctions beyond the return of original stakes.

8.3 Force Majeure

888db shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, internet infrastructure failures, or civil unrest.

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 888db and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the 888db platform; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any third-party right.
